2. User Registration and Accounts

Eligibility: There are no age restrictions for joining Lafa’s List; however, participants in our in-person events must be 21 years or older.
Registration: To register, you must provide your name, email address, and Instagram handle. Only one account is allowed per person.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Community Guidelines

Respectful Conduct: Be kind and respectful to other members. Harassment, bullying, or any form of inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the community and cancellation of your membership.
Content Restrictions: No explicit content or hate speech is allowed.

4. Event Participation

Sign-Up: Members can sign up for in-person events through our website.
Eligibility: In-person events are restricted to members who are 21 years of age or older.
Behavior: All participants are expected to behave respectfully at in-person events. Participation is at your own risk.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection and Use: We collect only the information necessary for providing our services, including your name, email address, and Instagram handle. We use this information to manage your account and provide access to events and community features.
Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Data Sharing: We do not share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
Data Retention: We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days.

6. Content Ownership and Use

User-Generated Content: By posting content on Lafa’s List, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with our community and promotional activities.
Intellectual Property: You retain all rights to your content, and you are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Third-Party Content: You may post third-party content as long as you have the necessary rights or permissions to do so and the content complies with our community guidelines.

7. Payments and Refunds

Subscription Fees: We charge a monthly subscription fee for membership.
Refund Policy: Refunds for event fees are available up until 24 hours before the event.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

Accuracy of Information: Lafa’s List provides no guarantees regarding the accuracy of information posted by members.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any issues arising during online interactions or in-person events, including injuries that occur during in-person events. Participation in events is at your own risk.

9. Termination and Suspension

Violation of Terms: Accounts may be suspended or terminated if users violate any of the terms outlined in this ToS. Users may appeal suspensions or terminations by contacting us.

10. Amendments to the ToS

Updates: We review and update our ToS yearly. Users will be notified of any changes via email.
Acceptance of Changes: Continued use of Lafa’s List after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
